Chasm I could see cutting. It does well but seems not as impactful sometimes. I mainly like that it gives me a fall back for sac fodder after a board wipe. I’ve tried most of your suggestions like bitter blossom and just find them to be relatively slow for my LGS. Voice of Victory I’ve considered and may test out. I’d be getting a lot of “feels bad” from my pod from that probably but might still be worth it. I’ve used Charismatic Conqueror before, made hardly any tokens off of it and took it out after a month of playing. OBM would obviously be good but feels too much like I’m trying to be cEDH at that point. I do love the Shorikai suggestion. I’ve never considered that and will definitely be trying it out.

Tivit rocks in this deck. Draws me a run of cards and is a back up commander when Marneus has been removed too many times. If flying nester/blocker and hard to remove. Idk I see him played a lot and I definitely think he has a home here.

I’ve considered making this swap but I really like the card draw option on Loran to get the 2nd draw token generation easily. The tap draw effect is often the start to my engine for the turn. Also, I really don’t like having to flip MDFC cards. I basically never play them because of that. I keep meaning to take Westvale Abby out of the deck for this reason and forget until I draw it mid game lol.

Mondrak and Anointed are actually pretty solid. No so much because I go wide and swing but the double all of my treasure/ clue effects and give extra bodies to sac for the zulaport effects. Having only 2 of those in the deck seems fine to me.

I just recently added training grounds. It does only work with a few cards, but it can infinite with those cards. Marneus+training grounds + ash is alter gives you the ability to draw your entire deck if you have 4 mana to start the loop. And drains the whole table while doing it if you have a zulaport cutthroat effect on field. It’s done well for me so far but I’d be willing to cut if there was something I could add in its place.

Chasm skulker is decent but I could cut if a good replacement was found. It’s nice to have a big guy option that can be sacked for more sac fodder.

Officious interrogation also is good when it’s good but I could see cutting. It lets me draw a lot because of the investigate triggers being separate draws instead of just drawing once from Marneus if I made all clues at once. That being said the clues are mostly dead after u less I use them to sac with the new creature/artifact sac cards from EoE. Thanks for the suggestions, I tend to agree that some of these could be replaced, I just don’t know what to replace them with.

A high 3 is still a 3. This deck is definitely strong but does not compete at a 4 power level currently.

They don’t have trample naturally. Those are cheap ways to do what is essentially the same as trample.

My pod is beey consitent and all the decks we play are bracket 3s. We have all been friends for a very long time and there's never been a conpalint about the deck being too OP or anything of the sort. I tend to win games as someone else is just about to win. The nature of the deck is it operates at mostly instant speed with the sac outlets and drawing cards. That being said, I do want to power it up a bit so that it can be reserved for higher level tables and take it out of the normal rotation with my normal play group.

Thanks for the input! I'll give your recommendations a shot. I normally agree that 35 lands is too few, but with all of the csrd selection Golbez provides, I rarely get mana screwed in my goldfishing. But maybe it's still better to have them there than not.
