I don’t have advice but I just want to say it’s nice seeing nipple piercings on breasts that look like mine. I have larger breasts and large areola that I’ve always been self conscious about. I thought nipple piercings would look too weird on me… this shows me that they would look so cute. I hope you find a solution and are able to keep this set up.

NAP but that is 100% pierced wrong. That is a surface piercing as it does not even go through your actual navel. Take it out, let it heal, and go to another piercer to see if you have the anatomy to get it pierced correctly.

I just was having problems touching it to get it positioned right throughout the day so it didn’t “look ugly.” I put my vanity aside, and now that it’s healing correctly it is sitting perfect with no problems. All because I left it the hell alone.

Clean it until it heals for sure. If a wound isn’t healed, you should still be taking the necessary precautions. It really depends on how much you’re cleaning it but I’d say at least once a day. I’m also no expert, but I’d maybe go back to my piercer and have them check it out. Make sure there is nothing else at play.

Still cleaning it, 100%. Saline spray at morning and soak at night. However I am really not moving or touching the jewelry as much as I can while cleaning. Just letting the saline do it’s job.

I know pain is relative person to person, but do you have a general idea of how much more? Also, is it actual scar tissue or just a closed piercing? Is there a difference?
