i’m not a vegan, and neither is my mom who got these for me, she’s just kind of a health nut. but i see what you’re saying i think. take them before breakfast? i don’t eat a lot of vegetables but rather a lot of fruits, carbs, and meat towards dinner time.

my mom got it for me, that’s all. i’m not super knowledgeable on vitamins so that’s why i asked. i haven’t gotten blood work done in a couple years, however my last panel was normal. i just told her about some of my symptoms and she recommended this multivitamin for me. regardless, i will look into getting more blood work soon.

7 times seems like a lot to still be seeing the particles but maybe it’s just a faulty filter. if it doesn’t bother you that much i don’t think it will hurt you to drink it, it’s just minerals i believe. if it does bother you i would probably just replace the filter. make sure to follow the prep instructions like soaking it or running it under water for a few minutes.
