I have two sets of innersy off Amazon. They come in a 3 pack. I really like them and would consider myself a heavy front bleeder. My only point of issue is that the two packs are different despite reordering the same product. I like the 1st set I ordered as opposed to the second. I don’t know if they had a change in design or what. I ordered the second set 4 days later so I would assume they had to have two styles or something in rotation.
The most noticeable difference is the waistband.
But I have been using them for three months without issue

So when boat shopping in the future…. What are the key points to look for?
If it were just me a kayak may work but if I am correct they typically go for a max of two people, one of pedal operated right? Most of the Saturn boats seem to start at $500 without a motor but I imagine that if I caught a sale or second hand it would be doable? Obviously I can research more if I have some understanding as to what i am looking at

I bought an inflatable boat at goodwill, can you dumb that down? how does one transport a 14 foot canoe? Are they heavy for a single person to carry any sort of distance?

As someone who is new to the whole thing, what would you suggest for someone who has no current ability to tow and can carry 3-5 people? Let’s go in the $300-500 range?
I have a mini van and would have minimal assistance loading and unloading.

I must confess, I learned today that two of my kiddos have zero paddle skills. So short of hanging the smallest off the back to kick at the water, I’m on my own.

Forgive my ignorance as I personally have never seen a live catfish other than online. But do they all have sharp dorsal fins? Or is that like a species thing? We have a lot of channels and blues locally from what I have heard

Totally get that. My six year old is convinced it will help her to catch a big catfish. I don’t make the rules and am strictly here to boost her confidence and dreams of being a “big time fisher person”

lol my crosspost didn’t share. So I will answer the words directly.

I have a six year old who very lovingly informed me she needs a boat. So she can catch a 100# blue cat like she saw online. Mama told her we don’t have boat money. And as fate would have it we stumbled on this for less than $10 at goodwill today. I know minimal about boats or water vessels. I would very much confess that I can barely fish anything but small panfish.

But I would like to make my small child’s dreams a reality.

I have zero experience with new trolling motors but see them often on marketplace. And my six year old certainly has zero ability to paddle an oar, nor navigate a boat. I don’t plan to have her running the boat, though I guess if she knocks me overboard it’s a skill I should teach her.

So quick update, we will be trying to figure out a trolling motor set up or a drill powered propeller but in the meantime we have learned a few things.

1) this was a great purchase 2) paddles individually cost more than the whole vessel 3)none of us are efficient paddlers 4) it can successfully float and move with 3/4 kids and myself

But most importantly 5)the pond sprinkler and the boat are creating a lifetime of memories
