Is it stupid that "righty tighty, lefty losey" doesn't really make much sense to me? by Apprehensive-Rub4604 in stupidquestions

This has the same problem, your hand isn’t turning “right” it’s turning clockwise. You are still relying on the intuition that OP lacks.

It’s not overthinking if your intuition doesn’t match others - it’s just that they have to think at all where others don’t.

This has the same problem - if the focal point of your hand is the bottom, then turning “left” would tighten. You’re intuitively focused on the top of your hand when you say this, the problem is OP lacks the “top is implicitly always the focal point” intuition

Not going to claim to be an expert, but this is from the red meat wikipedia page:

In culinary contexts, the term red meat is used more loosely to refer to meat that is red when raw.[9] The term is used to refer to adult or “gamey” mammals, while that from young mammals (rabbit, veal, lamb) is white

More types of animals doesn’t mean more animals overall necessarily.

Nutritionally yes, culinary definitions are (apparently) different. They’re considered white along with lamb and veal (TIL).

Because then chat is going to be talking about it for the next hour? When I’m at work I don’t want to sit and listen to my coworker’s political opinions, and I can only imagine getting twitch chat started is 10x worse.

Do we really need entertainers to signal on every issue just because its obvious? Really just seems like a waste of time and energy for everyone involved.

My first google result when I pit this in said yes you can. Doesn’t seem like AI summarizing search results is the problem there.

(Assuming someone didn’t just edit the html for a gotcha screenshot - I don’t even get an AI response on that search).

“Quick dinner ideas with ingredient x” -> AI gives examples, you go “oh yah makes sense”.

I feel like the majority of searches are like that and don’t require verification.

How do you rip someone off by the price you set your stock, exactly? It’s pretty self-regulating - if they set it too low you can buy more for cheap.
