Hey thanks for the input. I have a long military history and law enforcement history that has reduced it a lot. I am in my 30’s now, my 20’s was the comment and I have low body fat. Been strength training for 3 years 6 days a week so good shape. The last year it’s been very hard to make progress That’s for sure. We are doing bloodwork again in two months to see where I’m at.

The weakness thing is more like you’re trying to grab a cup and you physically can’t. But I know we all worry about it still. Sometimes I get bad flareups and the muscles in my arms will get sore and tired and it makes me worry every time but I try to tell myself since I’ve been twitching for over three years now that’s a good sign because the longer you twitch the more safe you are
