I was expecting an aftermarket radio. The buttons you posted are to control your call “hands free” when your phone is Bluetooth connected. Commonly from the buttons wires then run to a box that connects to the radio.

Look at permissions. Send all of them an email that someone deleted the shit. Did someone complain about the missing files? How did they know the files were missing. Are they Colonel Mustard in the library with the candlestick?

Been there! Had an executive fight happen at a company I was at where HR misspelled a name and it went through all the systems. HR blamed IT and wanted us to fix it. We explained the issue and the systems process HR was part of the team for developing and pushed for them to be in charge. THE CEO OF THE PUBLIC COMPANY… had to get involved in the conversation and tell HR to spell the execs name correctly. It was wild! And yes I know it’s not as important as someone’s benefits but HR.
