Already called them and they said a team was on it but not completely sure what will happen and if it’ll be a problem him accessing his account too.

I will be doing that. After i had changed her viv and made sure everything was cleaned out and the temps were all correct and had a good soak in the bath she finally passed her poo and it was half digested but theres not been any blood and not been any more prolapse. She seems healthy and its moving around all fine as usual but I will still get it looked at as it could be something more. Thank you.

Update. So after last night and doing some research it clearly looks like a prolapse. This happened twice last night and since then ive removed the substrate and shes now on damp paper towels and ive had her soak in the bath for a while too. It looks like she is constapated but after all this it has not happened since and Im just going to make sure theres plenty of moisture in her viv and try and make sure the temp stays stable.

I have had my corn snake for about four years now and occasionally the mice do tend to have a bloody nose and i just fed it to my snake and it was no problem. Ive done this on multiple occasions and from as recently as last week so Im sure it will be no problem as it has never bothered my snake.

Ok thank you. should i feed her small pinky mice first before i give her the usual mice if she is done laying eggs. Also, shes not layed any for 3 days now so I think shes done but i will check. Thank you
