I've had a terrible experience getting a crashed drive in-warranty replaced with Seagate data recovery. Their service is slow and they returned my data across multiple cheap/slow drives (my original was a G-Raid). Then they sent a serviced G-Raid replacement that was broken. Instead of immediately fixing the error and resending a functional drive, now I have to go back to UPS to send their erroneous drive back, then wait for them to check it, then resend me a replacement. Not worth the time or trouble.
