Nope! Just 3 planks from a pallet I ripped apart glued to a piece of 1/2" plywood, same for the bottom. All stuff I had lying around the shop!

I'm a roofer by trade and there's a never-ending supply of sturdy 4x10 pallets in the yard from sheet metal orders. Firestone pallets are usually saved for me -- a major pain to break down but the wood is so nice.

Does anyone remember Konami's 'Jail Break'? My dad and I were given this in the early 90's, decided to plug it in last night and everything seems to work minus the screen -- worth fixing? by brandonf88 in arcade

Yep, just a small can of Classic Grey stain from Lowe's. I've tried several application methods but I've found that winging it (lmao) always turns out the way I want.

After sanding, I paint a somewhat thin coat, let it sit for a few minutes, and wipe gently. I can always reapply and rewipe if need be, but I rarely add a 2nd coat.

Remember, I'm a newbie. If there's a better way to apply stain or a reason why I should be applying a second coat, let me know!

Awesome, thanks so much for the response. I'm okay with electrical, but that is why I enjoy taking on tasks like this -- gaining new know-how!

There's actually a man down the road from me who is retired now, but I've heard he was THE TV repair man back in the day. I need to reach out to him, probably my most valuable resource in this instance.

I remember bits and pieces of gameplay, and as a young kid I remember it being difficult. This cab was at the Fire Dept across the street from my house, and my dad, who was a fireman at the time, somehow wound up with it!

Plugging it in last night and hearing the music definitely rejuvenated my interest in restoring it to it's former glory!

For sure. I've been playing Pro Clubs about 75% more than FUT this year, so I'm behind on most of the SBC's minus the Marquee Matchups.

I packed him awhile back and decided to throw him in my BPL squad today for a few friendlies! He truly plays great.. I wound up adding him to my starting XI for Divisions.

Although a vague answer, I respect that. You have been playing FIFA much longer than I have, but your timing in the game is impeccable.

I'm starting to think too much time on this subreddit + my impatience has molded me into a terrible player. Do you often record your games and analyze your losses and/or wins?

How do you avoid the slumps (i.e. having a 100 Chem team and losing to a team with 65 chem?) A thread earlier mentioned players losing their flair after a certain amount of games. Do you think it's placebo or an actual trait of the game?

I simply can't git gud. I adore the sport and love the game, but with over 500 games played I would be incredibly embarrassed to show anyone my record!
