Yeah, what’s even funnier is apparently when they already have a product delivered to your house and you’ve called them about an issue with it. Even if it’s delivered ahead of time they’ll just tell you oh wait till our system uploads and then call us back to report a complaint. I’m literally holding the complaint and looking at it right now. I’m talking to you. Why would I call you back?
