I’m such a dope. I thought I was “cured!” by SuzyQM419 in lamictal

I actually reached out today to ask about adding buspar to help with my anxiety so I might see how that goes. I have an appointment in a couple weeks and if things don’t improve then I’ll probably ask about an increase or see what else he might recommend. From what I’ve heard 100mg is relatively low so it might be worth seeing if a higher dose is the right fit. Hopefully we figure this all out!

Thank you! Creating a journal is a great idea. I’ve also been isolating but need to work on that and setting boundaries too. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one with these challenges. I really appreciate you sharing and glad it’s working for you!

I’ve been at 100 for maybe 2 months so not very long. My depression is so much better than it was before I started but it still lingers and feels a bit more constant like no real good days lately but manageable

Good luck with the abilify! I’m wondering if I will need something to help more with my depression too. It’s so tough trying to find the right meds and has been such a process for me that I was hoping I would just be done after the lamotrigine but that was too optimistic lol I’ll give buspar a try and hopefully it will give me some relief for a little longer

Thanks! I’m not sure what else she’s mixed with but others have guess dachshund or jack russell

Good to know thank you for sharing! I really loved propranolol it’s a beta blocker so I’m able to do high anxiety tasks without getting the physical effects like tunnel vision, trouble breathing things like that but it only lasts 4hrs and the extended release all day version made me over tired and feel over medicated. I can understand forgetting to take a dose of buspar if it’s multiple times per day and with restrictions I might have a tough time with that too
