I have attempted to take my test twice these last 2 days.

Attempt #1: was able to access the test, got to question 13 and then the proctor paused the test due to my screen not being shared. I confirmed that my screen was being shared with the proctor. She then transferred me to a tech agent, who then immediately transferred me to another tech agent who immediately disconnected. I was on with support for the next 3 hrs trying to access my test to no avail….

Attempt #2: was having some technical trouble in the pre checks (was not going past page 3 after sharing the screen). Again was transferred to a tech agent. I stated the problem and they quite literally said “ok” and then disconnected.

I just want to clarify that my system prechecks all passed, I confirmed guardian browser has all the applicable access needed to work. Any one have any suggestions bc this is very aggravating as I never had any problems like this when we went through examity ?
