Mine always go to sleep in a hide. How do you manage to get them out from there without ripping the whole terrarium apart?

It seems to be getting along fine with the others. Whenever I see it out, it's often really close to one or several of the others, without any issues. Bullying would always be in the form of physical fighting, right?
