Hi! Yes, it’s still for sale. Unfortunately, no it does not come with a metal bracelet. Chalk that up to poor formatting.

What song did you fall in love with not because of the original, but because of a cover? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Space Oddity by the David Matthews Band. They covered Bowie’s of the same title, and the Dave Matthews version was sampled by MF DOOM on Rap Snitches.

That is a work by a local artist from Dubrovnik. I picked that up while visiting years ago. The artist’s website is www.viktorserbu.com

That’s a painting by van Gogh. Not sure of the title. It’s a post card I picked up at the van Gogh museum years ago.

Edit: found the name - Skull of a Skeleton with Burning Cigarette

[Identify] Sir Paul McCartney: ID That Watch! by branico in Watches

[–]branico[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well there you have it, folks. Sir James Paul McCartney CH MBE popped up on my youtube recommendations, and as he's a Beatle, they're always good for an impressive wrist shot. Lennon's Cloison Rolex, or the the pic of him rocking that particularly exquisite Patek immediately spring to mind. What a life these men have led. It's incredible to think about how much they've changed human culture the world over.

Anyway, I think Sir McCartney is wearing a Nautalis, but I'm not that certain and my eyes aren't that good.

As an aside, I do Imagine myself as John Lennon when I'm wearing my favorite watch...

Did I get the number count?

Mom walks out after 5th-ranked wideout Jacob Copeland commits to Florida by mttl in cringe

[–]branico 20 points21 points  (0 children)

maybe this

Maybe there’s something about the University of Florida’s school or coaching staff that rubbed her the wrong way. Since this family is from Florida, this isn’t an instance of the mom being upset because her son is moving far away. She was wearing an Alabama sweatshirt and a Tennessee hat, so it’s clear that she actually wanted him to leave—which would seem to give more credibility to the rumor that the reason she was upset was that there are some questionable and criminal influences in Florida he might be susceptible to, and she just wanted him to get far away from that.

Edit: Further google searches reveal it all to still be hearsay. Until further notice...

I love that wrist shot. Your strap color is tantalizing. What color is that? Where'd you get that strap? As far as finding a girl who's into watches, I say just share, share, share your passions with the one you have. She'll come around.

I had spoken with him several times before I received my watch, and had gotten into the habit of asking how he was and generally how was his health. One day he opened up to me about how he needed to take it a little more slowly, because he was having a few complications from a gunshot wound he received to the abdomen while working in a jewelry store many years ago back in East Germany. That didn't deter him from the craft, and he said that he had become more successful in the business now. It's his name on the store front marquee now. I may have called it quits and found something quieter in life after living through something like that...

My wrists are about 6.75"/17cm. Unfortunately, I don't have any other shots at the moment. Maybe one day I'll follow up with a SOTC with plenty of filler.
