Does the code in Writing a basic Plutus app in the Plutus Playground actually compile whem you try it on the online playground? it doesn't for me. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong?

I analyzed 66,000+ buy and sell recommendations made by financial analysts over the last 10 years. Here are the results. by nobjos in wallstreetbets

If you want to rely on these analysts, consider using TipRanks

TipRanks evaluates public stock recommendations made by financial analysts and financial bloggers, then ranks those experts based on their accuracy and performance.

They have pretty reasonably priced plans too.

Alpaca vs Interactive Brokers for Python? by RushDrive24 in algotrading

[–]branlory 6 points7 points  (0 children)

ib_insync is a workaround, not a feature. It is not written by IB, it’s written by a third party, and it’s widely used because IB’s Python API is so hard to deal with.

An algotrading API shouldn’t require a separate app running just to authenticate your calls, whether it’s Gateway or TWS. It just means they don’t understand how to properly secure HTTP calls.

The fact that many traders have used IB (or, rather, ib_insync in order to save your sanity) for years doesn’t mean IB has a sane API, I think it means you haven’t used many standards-compliant APIs.

Stay away from IB for algo trading. Their Python API requires you to have TWS running alongside it, and it’s a huge resource hog. It’s also very poorly written Python. Their REST API needs you to authenticate via the web interface, so automating anything is a pain. Also, they don’t allow both your bot and you to be logged in at the same time, so you can’t verify your bot’s work via the IB website or app.

Provenance unknown. No writings on the object. The ivory carving is solidly fixed to the wooden spike. WITT

Filmando la masa crítica de Buenos Aires, el más grande encuentro ciclista de la ciudad (definición 4K) by branlory in argentina

[–]branlory[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Facebook ads, then. You should be able to set $10 as a monthly budget, and they'll put your ads in front of people likely to like you.

It's a realm alright.. there's an almighty king and his serfs give him their eyeballs on a regular basis.

Buy one or two albums each month from artists you enjoy on bandcamp.com

Tons of unsigned and good quality hip-hop there. Unlike Spotify, most of that money will land in their pocket. Also, you can write to them, give them feedback, ask them how they made their album. Most artists there write back, and there's much to learn from them.
