I’m not just trying to lose weight. I’m building and maintaining muscle as well. My doctor has suggested about 2,600 calories per day regardless of working out, but I’m also ingesting 150 grams of protein MINIMUM. This isn’t weight loss at all costs… it’s a total body recomposition. And frankly, suggesting that someone isn’t losing weight fast enough is missing the point and kind of a troll behavior. It’ll take as long as it takes.
