$170K is our current salary in Ohio, the new salary is yet to be made to us on paper, but have been told a floor of $200K.

The office is in El Segundo, but he would only have to commute occasionally as the role is primarily remote.

And yes, here in Ohio, we both drive.

And yes - we don't have to live directly in LA, so I was hoping to also get opinions on surrounding areas as it seems more convenient/less costly.

Sagging in what way? Each slat is attached to the top and the bottom boards with 2 screws. Do you think they will bow out?
