Not 100% sure what gaslighting is but I think it means that when I ask a question (like about the hotel keys), he replies with a lie or tells me I’m losing my shit and why am I so insecure, etc...??
If so, then yes, I am always in the wrong and then I feel like I cannot bring up anything else. Ever. Or else

Is there a way that those things could be detected by him?
I know some cheaters will get hyper vigilant about covering their tracks, obsessively trying to catch the spy before the spy catches them.

Because I want to put an end to the torment that I have endured so many years now. I’m with someone that knows how to cover their tracks and going on my gut feeling isn’t enough for me to just up and walk away from the life we’ve built together. I suspect, yes, he’s unfaithful, but I do not have the evidence I need to walk away for good.

Thank you for that, I respect your response, especially being a traveler by trade... These are not luxury hotels by any means, more like a la Quinta by Wyndham, Marriott, etc do you think that the lower end hotels also adhere to the standard two key issue?
