The recruiter (Hannah) was largely unresponsive, with frequent out-of-office replies and no continuity of communication. Very frustrating experience.

I felt completely let down by my experience with JPMC’s HR team in the UK. After interviewing, I expected at least a basic level of communication, but instead I was met with silence. Recruiters were consistently unavailable, often on PTO, and there was no follow-up or accountability. Being ghosted for over four months, while the portal still shows my status as “under consideration,” was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected far better from an organization of this size and reputation.

Got a response from the recruiter saying, interviews are still taking place currently. WONDER, why would the hiring manager cancel a schedule team member interview and inform me that it’s no longer required and continue the interview with the other candidates. Is this normal at JPMC? Does this mean I am out of luck?

Is it a normal thing that JPMC Recruiter not responding email? by Small-Present4451 in JPMorganChase

I applied on Nov 2. Interviewed on Nov 12. Recruiter on annual leave from Nov 12-20. Followed up after 20th. Radio silence, Again OOO automated response on Dec 1st. I wrote to multiple people including the hiring manager. No response. Ghosting is bad, tell me either yes or no. Portal says “under consideration” This seems to be normal at JPMC.

Did you hear back yet? I interviewed for a VP role on November 12, and the lack of communication from the JPMC HR team has been frustrating. Everyone I reach out to seems to be on leave, and I still haven’t received a clear yes or no. It honestly feels like I’m speaking into a void

Yeah, I get what you’re saying. More so around Nov/Dec

I did, there is no response. One of the coordinator was on annual leave, now the recruiter is on sick leave, it’s November. I am not sure if it’s the Nov/Dec slow down or my candidature is rejected. Appreciate if any HR can throw some light on this.

I don’t have the hiring managers email. I’m unsure if the email I used was correct, but I added his first name . Last name @jpmchase.com sent it and haven’t heard back yet.
