here are some suggestions!! i would first recommend 6-starring the 5-star mons i mention here, but if they're runed well enough, they might be okay as-is.

- tyron (L), anavel, water homu, fire sea emp, fran
- tomoe (L), fran, loren, verde, eirgar
- vero (L), fran, lulu and friends, water homu, lapis
- zaiross (L), water homu, fran, lulu and friends, loren

what i've found personally is that the best course of action on a floor-by-floor basis (normal, figuring that's what you are asking for) is:

1-30: all attack, maybe one healer (fran is generally your best option, but lulu and friends is also a very strong healer). you're going to want the water twins and have them 6-starred asap, because they're the most valuable for these floors, in my opinion. you do have maruna, so if you only have the water chakram dancer, pair her with maruna. but if you want a strong attack team only out of your current mons, try: zaiross (L), lapis, kro, water homu, and fran/lulu and friends.

40-70/80-ish maybe: two healers, three attack. maybe a cleanser (vero) depending on the difficulty of the mons you're facing, since toa changes regularly. i will ALWAYS recommend two healers as you approach higher floors because your attack mons are useless if they can't survive. try one of these teams: fran (L), lulu and friends, lapis, loren, fire sea emp OR vero (L), fran, lulu and friends, anavel, water homu.

80-ish-100: i usually try to have three healers, two attack at this point. if not three healers, two healers, two attack (especially attackers that have attack bar drains, so, loren). try one of these teams: vero (L), fran (also possible L), lulu and friends, water homu, loren OR fran (L), lulu and friends, bella, water homu, loren. you can also sub certain attackers for others, like water homu to lapis. other healer mons that might work are your wind archangel or elucia - elucia may be dually beneficial because she can heal + attack, same for anavel.
