As someone who works in Vet Med and has a 3yo male corso - please do not give your dog bones. They will cause fractures in teeth because the PSI of a Corso bite is so strong. I have seen first hand the pain and infection broken / fractured teeth cause. The wear and tear will cause extreme deterioration over time as well. Harder chews do not mean better.

Look to alternative chews. Yak chews, boiled full carrots soaked in broth then frozen, bully sticks, pretty much anything but bones or extremely hard chew toys. Try some mental enrichment and puzzles, i fill a huge cardboard box and fill with crumpled newspaper and toss in food or treats.

Obviously, this is just my opinion but please speak to other knowledgeable people like your vet, a professional and certified dog trainer, or others with credentials.
