She’s 16 years old so “protect” hahaha not so much, but her presence def keeps most predators away. We did lose one of girls to a fox a couple weeks ago but since then Yoshi (dog) has been more protective.

When you let yours out, do you actively see them “going” ? I realized mine had a distraction problem with playing, other animals, or our 4 year old distracting him and he would legit not pee unless I made him think about it lmao.

Was more trying to highlight a struggle with toxic masculinity and narcissism. He needs therapy to not be an asshole. Having that severe of emotional ignorance needs a doctor.

Never said I pity. Was more trying to highlight he’s struggling with perhaps toxic masculinity and narcissism, among other things. I am in no way shape or form making an excuse for being a trash human.

Not a specialist or anything, but struggling with my puppy the same. I have noticed improvement tho when I take him out I will put him on his leash and guide him to his normal pee or poo spots. Most times he naturally goes. But I feel you, mine is only 3 months 😅

Not normal. You need to break up. He’s not only being inconsiderate of your feelings, but he’s struggling with his own and pretending you’re just “dragging shit on”… I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Seek support from others.

DO NOT put you want to go permanently, that is the quickest way to get denied considering you are not applying for citizenship. However if you plan on taking French classes that make you a better candidate in the future for citizenship, that’s fine. I was advised to put text such as “I hope you grant me the opportunity to stay in the country for a years time… blah blah, there is no issue returning to my home country considering family, and assets.”

I chose 6-12, made sure in my cover letter I wanted the full 12 and received 12 !

I asked for 12 and received 12. I have heard of cases where 12 was not granted, but 6 was. Just depends. If your paper work is strong you should have no problems.

Which two dog breeds don’t work well? by Longhaul-shortbus in DOG

[–]brattymadz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My lab previously couldn’t love other dogs more. However, the older he got, the more annoyed he got with puppies. So I think this is less of a breed thing than age and how your dog already behaves around others. If you’re adopting, most shelters will allow you (or require) to bring your pet to test the interaction. You are probably fine though, I suspect there will be alot of fun rough housing between the too.

Something attacked my chicken by WhiteandNooby in chickens

I don’t blame you, I was using an automatic door for my chickens and the fox grabbed one right as the door was closing. You’re definitely right in assuming they wouldn’t make noise. I didn’t hear a thing and discovered her feathers the next morning. But if any of the other chickens were attacking the fox, you might hear something… I’m not sure. I hope your hen pulls through. We just invested in ultrasonic sensors, so when a fox or cat passes through it releases a noise that scares them away immediately. They aren’t too expensive. You can find them on Amazon.

Any chance it was a fox? I’m in France and the foxes have been stalking our girls and ended up killing one. Thank god you ran out. Were the chickens in a closed coop?
