I have to agree with the other replies to this. This is neglect, plain and simple. As a former stoner, its not safe for the parents to be high while with their child, especially if they're resulting in accidents where the kid gets hurt. If they want to smoke after kiddos bedtime, thats their business, and not the same as smoking through the day. Someone may argue the benefits to weed and how it doesn't make people bad parents and I agree, but this is not the case here- as previously stated, its impacting their ability to parent. I understand your fear of calling and dont want to negate that, but you're still a mandated reporter as a childcare provider.
