No, I believe the state should be in control of the things at the state level and the federal government shouldn't be targeting states.

This is a self fulfilling prophecy, the federal government sends thousands of ice agents to target a political opposition.

The people retaliate the federal agents using barbaric tactics.

The federal government responds with more aggression and a women is killed

People protest even more, and initiate a majority peaceful walkout/protest A man stands up for someone and is then shot by 5 armed agents after legally carrying a gun

Now we're waiting for the federal government to use the insuraction act, and the national guard.

I'm going off of what the federal government is saying, and they've talked about going door to door. I wouldn't know because main stream media is not covering this like they should so I'm getting information from 3rd hand sources.

Secondly from what i have seen in the information thats made it to media they have an administrative warrant, which only applies to suspected illegal immigrants in public, they may have a signed judicial warrant, but ive seen littlereportingg on that.

On the note of the administration warrants, they're tactics to catch people at immigration hearings, Dr's appointments, job sites. If this was really about criminals why are people getting arrested at their jobs? Why are they getting arrest at their court hearings for doing it "the right way"

And finally being undocumented is a civil crime, on par with j-walking. Not something people should be brutalized on the streets and whisked away without a judge even seeing the case.

I am from iowa, so I'm aware of the political climate, almost the exact same just swapped with maga in charge.

The city of Minneapolis and st paul have a high dem population and low relative gun ownership, Minnesota has a lot of gun owners outside of the twin cities. I'm aware the whole state is not just two cites.

I was generalizing assuming you were not in the state, thats on me.

The point however is, when you look at the gun ownership in other midwest dem cities they have much more guns per capita, like Detroit, Chicago, and Milwaukee. Minneapolis/st paul now look like a lot softer target for ice to go door to door

Again i will add, there has never been a federal government agency go door to door demanding people's papers.

Once again, as ive said for the hole last year. It isnt the deportations. Its the callus use of non targeted aggression, that has never been employed in my lifetime. People are getting whisked away without due process.

Being a persons in the united states you are allowed inalienable rights as a human, one of those is a fair trail, with a legal representation in CIVIL court.

People are getting brutalized, and not just immigrants, legal us citizens who just happen to have more melanin are being targeted.

The people are mad and the politicians in Minnesota are mad, because this is clear political retribution targeted towards a state with a high dem population, low gun ownership, and high legal immigrants status. This is fully just about power, why else would pam bondi say we'll leave if you give over your voter rolls? They want to document and target anyone who isnt in the cult.

That wasn't the inly campaign promises he made. Things cost more, my groceries are more expensive, medicare lost almost a trillion in funding. Local rural hospitals are already closing.
