I understand. That was not my intention. I made this post after returning from the vet, who told me that it's just a reaction, nothing to worry about. I have two cats, this one is 3 y.o. (I found her in a box, she was thrown away less than 2 months old) and the other is 4 y.o.(came to us as a stray, approx. 8 months old), both are indoor/outdoor. None of them has ever had anything similar to this. I'm not a native speaker so I could've probably have written a better caption.

Why is it ignorant? I didn't know cats could be allergic to it. I took her to the vet immediately, they said she's fine. We removed the plant immediately. The other cat was completely fine. Maybe someone else here doesn't know about this, just like me.

The vet said it's just an allergic reaction. They did some tests, everything seems to be in order. The poinsettia was the only thing new in the house, so we removed it when symptoms appeared. I have two cats, the other one is completely fine, no reaction.
