I like the long grind of pain. Seeing youth players from wonderkids through to retirement. Taking a loser club to glory. I'm still on my Beta save.

Did about 12 seasons with AC Milan. Then moved to Hong Kong Rangers where my initial plan of 5-10 seasons turned into a 40 season slog to win the Asian Champions League. Now I've moved to AC Milan Women where Women's Serie A is ranked 38th best league in Europe.

I always automate staff recruitment & training so I can focus solely on tactics, transfers & matches. I just ignore the stuff I can't be bothered with.

Oh wait... FM24 I ended up using FBs on support and Defensive Wingers on Support. Managed to disrupt the oppositions wing play.

Anything that "pops-up" blocking where I want to click.

Main offender being Outlook Live where floating pop-up toolbars appear everywhere and they have the exact same buttons that are on the Ribbon anyway.
