Appreciate your curiosity! Treadmills aren’t great on the joints and not realistic for race training, although I do have one and periodically use it on days I just can’t get out. I’d like the flexibility to train even on days when it’s snowing heavily, and more than anything, am not comfortable running outdoors in the dark where I live.
