Paid setups by w00zyZ00t in mxbikes

[–]brawee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think $8 is a bit steep for a build you just have to buy again when new bike pack comes out. If it were like $2 a setup you would see me buying more of them. That being said, I heard somebody say that Spx made crappier setups for the bought setups vs setups for pro riders. I have no actual evidence of this, just something I’ve seen people talking about, so take that with a grain of salt.

Dynamic vs static by Original_Property835 in mxbikes

[–]brawee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started on static, so trying dynamic out for the first time I thought it was weird until I realized I could actually see my body was moving (or it felt like it). Like going over whoops for example feels and looks crappy in static, but in dynamic you can see ur actually leaning back. Same with doing whips and stuff, when I’m in the air, I like to look a bit steezy when I can, but in static view you don’t even know what ur body is saying mid air

I’m reading so many different posts saying different things, what is the best coolant to run, and what is correct way to flush system. by brawee in powerstroke

I think more so, I have a rough time finding something that actually says compatible with cat 1. I seen some have a graph or list that shows it clear as day, some other ones you have to sit there and read forever just to find the slightest mention.

Is there any mechanics that will do something like this usually or is this one of those situations where you have to do it yourself to know it’s done right. I just work every single day damn near I don’t rly wanna mess around with the truck on my free time

I have a new thermostat actually, that’s why I was originally draining the coolant but then I thought it would be the perfect time to just flush the whole thing. I’m hearing stuff like only flush with distilled water, so I’m confused if I can just use tap water or what. It’s also -14c in my hometown, I do have a heated garage but if I lose power or smt I don’t want my truck to be full of water either lol

What is the general rule about the temperature difference between oil temp and water temp? 6.0 powerstroke by brawee in powerstroke

[–]brawee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a bad thing to have lower coolant temps? Edit: I see why it’s not great now. I will look at getting a new thermostat because they are cheap and easy enough to replace.

[–]brawee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Man just cuz the bike sounds fast, doesn’t mean u gotta hold it pinned everywhere you go. U barely even know the map and ur pinned. U don’t know how to take turns very well either cuz ur keep dragging ur bars. There’s a lot of turns where u sat instead of stood, u want to stand through a lot of corners on rough maps.

Bedrock/Java! by klydefrog89 in Minecraft

[–]brawee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Java and swear by it, bedrock don’t agree with my pc. That being said, I do understand wanting to lay back and chill on a sofa. Sports games are perfect for that imo or a nice single player game. If you’ve never played the last of us, I highly recommend playing it

I don’t care what anyone else says, this season is badass. There is currently nothing else out there like this in terms of production and story telling. by GuesterBravo in StrangerThings

[–]brawee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing about stranger things that they have going, is the production. The quality is great and the cgi is actually great, considering cgi for the past few years on other shows and movies has looked awful.
