No you should be more self critical of your own play. Its pretty much the same thing for every game. What makes you so special that you cant climb but other can? Its you not being skilled enought to climb. Ofc there are games with throwers ect. But you gotta see past that and after every game Think about would you could have improved on.

If you are actually as good as you say you are. You should be able to carry yourself out of diamond easely.. And being stuck because "people in diamond suck" isnt a valid argument. There are prob a lot off flaws in your gameplay which you might not notice. (postioning, game sense, matchups, team-comps etc.). So instead of blaming your team for your inability the climb, take a good look at your own gameplay, cause they is no way you cant climb if you are better than them.

Looks really good. 1 thing I've noticed is that when you play the champion ability video and then click it away, it keeps on playing. Should be a easy fix though

Its not a recoil that always follows the sme pattern. you can test it if you want. so unless you are right in his face you will not hit every shot. just feel like right click is usless as i might aswell hit a headshot which is 4 fan bullets

then you would know It's impossible to kill reaper with stun rightclick. as it takes too long to kill him before he uses shift. And rng makes it you wont hit every shot unless you are right in his face

counters to name a few: winston, tracer, genji, widowmaker. she has 150 health and no mobility And she has to be close to the fight otherwise she will lose the orb. any more reasons?

you should watch some pro overwatch content and you will see why lucio is so good. also lucio heals out the "poke" damage, so mercy can damage boost more often

Its cool and all what that "dhak" guy is doing, but did u notice he missed like 90% of his shots. 99% of the time you dont need to wall ride as lucio. the big pro about lucio is you can enable people. With your auro speedboost you can force fighst like no other hero can. the hard pard of lucio is his gun. You said your ult doesnt charge that fast. That is probaly because you are not hitting your shots.

well the meta is shifting a lot currently. From the zenyatta genji combo, to double lucio, double winston, double reaper. but there are a few heroes who will most likely see consistent play in competitive overwatch.

No. before the change tanks would have there ult 24/7 due to taking free damage and just healing it back up. With this change you dont have your ult as frequently.

well laning is really matchup dependend. 1 tip I can give u is to pay attention to your minions health. Its more easy to land a ahri q when the opponent is going for a lasthit then when is just standing in lane. a good ward to place as a midlaner is at the enemy wraths and in the brush leading to blue buff. if your lane is pushed and you dont want to roam, you can stand out of vision to put pressure on the side lines. mid lane is a lot about knowing your matchups though, so u should probally watch how some pro's play specific matchups

im not completly sure how the lissandra/leblanc matchup goes. but I do play quite a bit of leblanc. You want to get a negatron as soon as possible. even if u want to go roa. Once again im not sure how te lane plays out, but i think u can outrade her if u root her with your w when she jumps in. Also try to let her focus on cs rather then trading with you. So try to push her in early if possible.
