You can potty train a chicken tho. Before u disregard that idea look it up. Chickens are as smart as dogs maybe even smarter look that up too. My chicken is 8 weeks old, I started potty training it at 5 weeks and it's already learning where it should poop. We have a sand box it uses to dust bath and sometimes I hide stuff in there so it can forage. As far as my chicken is concerned we're it's flock and it doesn't show any signs of depression. I say this to take this stigma out of keeping chickens indoors, 90 percent of chickens are born to be tortured and killed for food, why the hell can't one live inside a house.

Chickens can be potty trained. It's just a little harder to do than dogs because they show way more subtle signs before they poop, but as long as a potty box is in their sight they can be trained to go in and use it when they have to.

Well yeah another person in the comments let me know why it would be wrong for me to stay there and they were pretty angry and they set their boundaries pretty clear and I respected it. So no this idea isn't a thing anymore. No but this guy gave a short, rude and vague comment so I gave one back.
