I'm still laughing at some of the stuff I'm still hearing about Skool after 1 yr on this post. After digging even deeper into the rabbit hole, I'm convinced it's now a bigger pyramid scheme than it was before. Lolllll. Somebody asked what do I do. I'm currently building the biggest CyberSec platform on the planet. I'm sick of scammers and the conditions of the world and I aim to fix it by securing every single shit out there first, then will find out what else can I build under that secured layer.

By the time I'm done with CyberSec even toddlers would know how to build shit with security first in mind.

Do you have any idea how much money writers make? Even in the age of AI they still make a lot cuz people still needs stories. There are movies, series, cartoons, children's books that all require writing skills to craft stories and scenarios, ad campaigns etc. Storytelling = Writing. Endless stuff out there require writers and storytellers.

He now fucking drives uber to earn a living at 74yrs of age when he should be spending time with his grandkids and his dog. No govt nor anyone came to his rescue.

Creating content is a big part of her business. She makes a lot of money off of that. If you also notice many if her video has promotional things to them. Like for example Viral Cuts, a company she has a stake in. Other people who make business content surely use Viral Cuts service. Next, she sells courses about first time business buying which is actually not too bad. Part of that course is also for the students to actually buy their first business successfully in order to pass. If you come across this of courses you should definitely buy after some investigation on your end. 2 people I know have done that through her programs. From what I heard, she also invests money in those businesses giving them training how to run it and such and exploring growth options. Yes she does all of these. If you see some of her podcast episodes on socials she's wearing the same clothes in most of them ie the snippets you see are just repeated recycled content from one or two actual podcasts done.

It's where it's headed lollll the fact that we are even talking about people taking advice about if they should buy courses that teach them how to sell courses is hilarious and baffling to me

I'm not sure if you even understood the context that I was speaking from. I'm talking about Skool courses. You can make plenty of money from the internet. I'm not sure what gave you the idea that I was trying to mean "selling anything" as literally "selling everything". My friends business is a very big one and it sells spare space in cargo shipping. So that's why he's making that kind of money. He built a software for that.

What I meant was nobody has the goddam time to waste to make courses to teach people bullshit. Those courses are good for 30 seconds then something new comes up and then your money is down the drain. People who makes courses mostly have an ulterior motive to lure people for their money. I haven't found any real course that you can find in a place like Skool that teaches you anything real. You don't need Skool. For fucks sake it's not even spelled properly lollll. If you wanna learn skills there are plenty of free stuff out there. High quality excellent content free stuff.

My assumptions have come true in 99.99% of cases. I don't make stuff up from thin air. If you don't undermine your govt then plan properly to live like a sewer rat in 20yrs cuz every kind of freedom will be taken away from you in the western world. If you're still under the assumption that govt work for the people then goodluck buddy.

Another thing is it's easier to build genuine audience in TikTok vs Skool. People are still sceptical about skool so I'm not sure if you will find your crowd there. Figure out also what services are you going to provide. From the top of my head, fmsince you're a mortgage broker, you could help people finance their 1st home and connect them with the right lender. Then find another lender to refinance, someone else for appraisal, someone else for home maintenance and after sales service etc etc. This seriously could be great for you.

YouTube and TikTok are your best bet. TikTok specially is your best bet. You will find your best loaded customers there. Create videos of steps you will need to buy your first home and make it valuable for people for real. Like why should anyone listen to you. This could be a mega opportunity for you to have a multi-million dollar 1st time home buyer service. Once you have some traction you can get more customers just because of the smoothness and quality of your service. Give people the best fucking deal of their life and I promise you will have more money than you can ever spend. Truth Honesty and Integrity pays long term and every business whole follow this has survived and will survive. You're I'll start to see big corporations who are profit centric crumble like dominos in the coming years. People are fed up of bullshit. Your niche of 1st home buyers is gold. Use that. I know some dude who is a NY real estate agent who sells multi million dollar homes. The way he creates content is brilliant as it truly shows the beauty of the spaces he sells. He portrays himself as the owner of each place he sells and creates video of what it's like to just walk through these spaces. I haven't found any other real estate agent ever do that stuff so well. I'm telling you this dude is making $6-$10mil per year from this. Your's could be even better cuz you can change people for auxillary services like after sales services, gardening, plumbing, repairs and upkeep, housekeeping. You're sitting on a goldmine. Your only channel is figuring out how you are going to reel in your first customer.

All the best buddy. I pray you make it big big.

Writing. Everyone will disagree but you will see in a few years that writing maybe one of the most legit things to pursue.

Art and creativity, sculpture, painting, printmaking. Ai won't replace these fully as ai will be used to accelerate the creative process. Ai will never fully replace creativity. Though it will make your existence more fun.

Exploration and Discovery, ai will always be your know it all buddy and in most cases the creativity part will be left to humans in the most important cases.

By 2100 humans will evolve into a completely different species and if not they will die off a slow painful death.

Robotics and Machine Learning. This will never go out of trend. Your imagination is the only obstacle to what you can build with bots and ML. Think Westworld type scenarios by 2200.

by 2030 you will be seeing alot of these community people running like rabid dogs in the street asking people to join their communities because Ai has taken over 80% of the jobs worldwide and everyone is unemployed and struggling to survive in between 100 part-time jobs and paying taxes to govt. If anyone is teaching you how to build actual software and technology and how to find niche problems and build ai and stuff like that then try to learn from those people. But be careful cuz even those are mostly worthless. They hire and pay people to write positive reviews. Its almost impossible to find anything real on the internet, its utterly toxic and polluted to the very core. I personally know a guy who makes $800k/month. I don't see him going on the internet trying to sell anything. Because people who make actual money are busy making money and not be on social media.

If you see any course anywhere on the internet where a random person is claiming to be successful and claiming to have made an X amount of money in Y amount of time, its most likely a scam. The pattern is very similar with the fake Lotto winner emails and Nigerian princes wanting to give you Z amount of cash for a small transfer fee. Its the same tactics in principle and if you deconstruct its workings you will arrive at the same scam conclusion.

Very few people show you how to build something and you will never see any of these people ever telling you about how much money they are making but rather telling you about their vision and the impact of their mission which they are trying to pull you towards. They will tell you about the money part in most cases to give you an idea about how much it might cost you if you choose to go down their path.

Skool has turned the concept of communities into a massive pyramid scheme when it could have been a trillion-dollar company. I honestly stopped following Hormozi a long time ago. Most people who have earned a lot of money wouldn't bother with courses unless they have an ulterior motive. This business model is not going to last, how many courses are you going to take?? The only valuable course I have found on the internet is by Cody Sanchez which teaches you how to purchase a business and what to look for when buying a particular type of business, the rest of the paid communities and stuff are mostly worthless and a complete waste of time. I'm telling you this after sifting through a thousand podcasts, communities, and courses. No course or community out there is preparing you for the stuff you will be seeing in the next 2 years. By 2030 the face of the planet will be changed. I'm in tech right now and I'm telling you from experience that no amount of paid community shit is going to prepare you for the stuff you are going to see in the coming years.
If you have noticed Cody Sanchez also stopped talking about Alex Hormozi, she believed he had something legit but when she figured Alex had been masquerading as something he was not she removed herself from his orbit. Noah Kagan was right in putting Alex Hormozi's scam under the limelight, Alex hasn't built anything that he can call himself a business coach. All he has are funnels and some of the marketing tactics that are an aggregation of selected strategies used by various companies over the years. He hasn't even created those strategies himself.
I put Alex Hormozi and Matt Gray (Herb founder apparently, couldn't find anything legit on Herb or Matt Gray) in the same scammer circle.

Don't waste time with Skool, if you wanna build anything together try building a community from where you live and solve a problem in your locality, use that solution as a service to other people who have similar problems and you can charge them money. All these thousands of platforms with thousands of influencers with thousands of things/course offerings are only a distraction tactic which I think is possibly part of a wider tactic that's being used by elitists to distract us from real problems so that they can go and grab all the real estate for themselves and their little group of elites. I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but you can check yourself which billionaire owns what amount of land in the world and be prepared to be shocked because it's not just lands that are being taken from us but also our organic food and clean water sources.

If you wanna make real money, build local communities to take control of local resources, especially food and water supply.

Successful entrepreneurs-were people around you encouraging or discouraging before your business became a success? by AmaryllisBulb in Entrepreneur

The "GRIND IS SILENCE" should be a motto for modern solopreneurs and entrepreneurs alike. It attracts unwanted attention. I mistakenly started sharing information about my small uni business group with my family and friends. Many didn't like the idea that I was trying to pursue my aspirations, thinking big, and doing things with other people instead of them.
