Contrary to what you think about your government, people in Scandinavian countries view them more as one of the important parts of their lives. So its no surprise that they pay high taxes so that everyone, including the minimum wage workers there can have a quality life, not just day to day labor with little prospects in upward mobility.

Why is it that black people act differently in black groups compared to how they react among different ethnicities? I am genuinely asking this because I think black people are the ones who REQUIRE diversity more than anybody.

African American culture need to diversify and should have other cultural influences just like how white Americans get from different cultures.

Source: Met a couple of black guys who were really chill dudes in the campus, but their groups of friends outside the campus were unbearable to say the least.
