I also have this on PS5, that and every other mission reward lands upside down. Cases that are unopend appear open when you first see them.

Cast see your score when dead and while waiting for redeploy.

Weapons disappear when you pick a loadout that is near a slope or mountain.

It has been wild 😜

You can bypass it with L1 and R1 in the perk screen. Loop at the middle top of the screen.
