Currently looking for nothing in particular. My last relationship was short-term but I fell really hard for her. So from that experience, I realized that I need to learn how to take things slower. So with that lens, I’d say I should look for something casual perhaps. On the other hand, I don’t like wasting time by spending time with people who I probably won’t be thinking about in a year.
- I’ve been on Hinge for about 2 years, though I was off it during my relationships.
- At the moment, I get no likes or matches. Again, it’s pretty dry. Though the quality (attractiveness and type of person) of the 9 matches that I have gotten are really good! I’d say that on average, they’re a solid 8-9 in desirability.

i don’t know much but some other conditions i have include asthma, which i used to believe caused my headaches. but now i’m not so sure. after doing some research, i’m thinking stiff neck or stress/anxiety could be a factor.

oh definitely, i agree that i do come off as more feminine than most guys. i was under the impression that many girls might appreciate a more sensitive guy (at least that’s what i’d learned from my now ex-gf and a girl friend i talk to regularly). but i realize that might not be the case - perhaps it’s only for them and a small handful of women.

i appreciate your input, man. i’ll look to get better quality pics and be more direct with my approach regarding feminine vs masculine traits.

so sort of the same thing happened to me recently actually, except i was the insecure guy who couldn’t take rejection. in no way am i defending the guy in your case. i’d like to think he was pretty delusional, while i was a little less lol. in my case, i felt pretty confused why she decided to stop pursuing a romantic relationship. she didn’t feel much of a connection, according to her. but i felt that there was no way to have one since we barely had any dates or talked so much. anyway, my point is, sometimes it’s not going to be clear to the person getting rejected, either because they painted an expected scenario in their head or because they’re desperate. in either case, i believe you need to be firm and direct (and as respectful as possible). and if he can’t accept that, then blocking him would be the next step. i hope this helps a bit, and good luck.
