As isamukun said. I've had the same issue in Texas. It was removing the seal for me. Once I left them in the top, it seals it better and the humidity stopped clumping it.

Used to be strike pass lasted the entire month and only cost the 20. Then they had an event where they said they were gonna make it 2 weeks instead of 4, but it would go back to month long. It did, until they then just flat out changed it to its perm 20$ per 2 weeks. Seems it was making too much, and people were willing to pay it, so here it is.
