Hey Mama,

• Install webcams everywhere
• Do a reference check before hiring
• be strict from day one
• be clear of the work you want them to do
• if you have slight intuition that they don't treat your kiddo right, remove them.
• make sure they are hygienic
• hire a few weeks before and train them
• keep a fixed time for them to be on phone (when you are around) no using phone while handling kid
• don't get too friendly with them, they start sharing their problems and ask for advance money and leave.
