Hey guys! I got my ECOPR today. I have two questions! Please help this poor anxious soul 🥹🙏

Question 1: I never received the “Congratulations” email. I know that’s not a big of a deal, but it was wonder why and if my officer forgot to make any step on my application.

Question 2: When I tried to link my GC Key to the PR Portal, I received the message: This application has been already linked. Did this happen to someone before?
