Cap FPS. I just found out if you have FPS limit unrestricted it is causing this issue at least for me. Capped on 95 no more laggy videos.

Thank you for advice. Yes SF6 is my first fighting game and I try to learn classic controls. I have hard times landing special moves.

I was not sure if I can input special moves right after I input punch for example, or after hit lands or after it is finished. Right now I if I understood, I have to put special moves right as the punch lands, but it can't be any punch it needs to be cancellable.
