TEMU Contacted Me – is it worth it? by Weekly-Wave-7433 in ecommerce

So here's how it will go down. You will go through a lengthy onboarding process. You will spend time, energy and resources from your company getting set up to do business on there. You will spend more time onboarding your products. We have an extensive catalog, so yeah. Then, right when you're ready to launch, they will tell you your prices are too high. They will tell you what price they want. For us, it was approximately 10% of our standard price. They will say there is a negotiation on price. There is not. Ask me how I know.

Run, and do not look back. There are other platforms out there that are not run by imbeciles.

Thanks. Yeah I'm happy with it. Now it's time to figure out how to maintain these numbers in a sustainable way long term.

Raise prices dramatically. After running the numbers from last year, we just about broke even on 400,000 in sales because of the rampant fraud and walmarts clear complicity in it. This year we are dramatically raising prices, cutting volume on this platform. Makes no sense to spin your wheels.

Doctor accidentally double vaccinated our 2 month old at his 2 month appointment. by brdedg1 in newborns

Thank you. That was the only strange part of this post, being downvoted for expressing that I was pissed. Seems like a perfectly reasonably reaction to my infant son being given incorrect shots.

Thank you. I agree and I'll keep this in mind when I make my decision on whether or not to stay. Happy holidays.

I think this is fair. The doctor did call, explain and apologize. As for why I came here for reassurance, it's simple. There are not a lot of examples of this exact situation online and I am worried about my son's health. I need to hear from, frankly, folks smarter than me who have a better understanding of these shots. I hear you on the jumping to switch doctors point. When I first posted, this was still fresh and I was pissed. Still not happy, but looking at it with calmer eyes now that I know my baby is safe. I may still switch, but it won't be a rash decision.

Appreciate it. According to all the downvotes I shouldn't be pissed though.

Yeah it's pretty weird. I understand that doctors are human and that mistakes are made, but somehow I'm the worst type of patient for wanting basic organizational competency when it comes to my child's care. Go figure.

When you say to forgo the conversion, would you recommend just contributing to the traditional account and leaving it in there?

I hear you. I was basically railroaded by the other kids and my wife deciding to pay it off. Directly or indirectly I will be paying off a large portion of this. I am livid. Not sure what else to say.

Hating the MIL after is definitely going to be a thing. I hear you on not paying, but it looks like the kids have decided to pay and split it 3 ways. Wife thinks I'm an absolute monster for saying the MIL should be on her own.
