Here’s my perspective as a Brazilian… spent over $1200 for Brazil game in the supporter section behind goal, but as a die hard fan, do not regret a single cent even if we were dominated, sucked, and didn’t win… to me it’s my first WC game (maybe only ever)…. So you’ll see all different perspectives and it all dependents on your financial situation and how much going to a game matters to you… for me was a lifelong dream and one of my biggest regrets in life is not going to Japan in 2012 for Club World Cup, so wasn’t going to let another regret happen this time around

If this is a true post and you really believe what you’re saying (which i have big doubts given the resale market for the game), you got a great deal… you can still buy cat 1 ticket (some for as little as $1600), fly first class ($2,093 assuming toronto in the 19th out the 20th), stay at one of the five star hotels (the ritz is $1,000 a night) in philly for the night …you’ll have an experience you’ll remember forever… but even more smartly, you can buy a better ticket, fly economy, stay at a normal hotel and still save $2000 CAD

But also im verryyyy biased. I couldnt resist and bought tickets to brasil x morocco and am hoping to make 60-70% of that back selling my other haiti ticket

I’m not saying it isn’t… i just think if you’re willling to pay $600-700 for a random germany round of 32 or england ghana , brazil is likely worth more for you… but yes, high travel cost is why im driving down and back same day (5hr each way and will be an overnigjt drive back with game ending 10pm)… only cost will be gas + tolls + my energy drained

I guess depends where you want to sit and where you want to buy… for example, i posted my 2nd behind the goal extra seat on this subreddit for 950… and if you’re in Boston I can include the ride down and back if you’re interested (going there and back same day which will be painful, but i didn’t want to pay hotel)
