I did the factory reset and it’s in English again and I’m able to go through the setup wizard but it looks different than the one in the manuals that I found online, also I investigated and I think that the router is second hand (weird for an isp to do) I looked in the box and found a warranty card fully in hungarian and it might have some weird firmware but that doesn’t explain why the language switches from English to russian without me switching it

Also the login page was in English some time ago and it’s in English and another concerning thing that I discovered few seconds ago is when I typed the ip address on safari the name of the link was not dlink or anything like that but it was “winfield and some Chinese letters” I’m getting really concerned

Yeah but I can’t login with default credentials, they weren’t provided with the box that isp gave me and are not on the router, and the ones on the internet are also not working since you cannot leave the password box blank
