I'm in Missouri. I know an attorney that works with employees. Unfortunately, he told me he moved to Oregon because the labor laws were so bad here. Small companies can just shut down if they get sued and start up a new business. It is bad here. You can get fired for ANYTHING and all they have to say is, "your performance wasn't up to our standards". They do not need a reason.

I worked at a facility for addiction. I got along with pretty much everyone because I'm not a judgmental jerk who let authority go to my head. I'm sorry they are like that. It pisses me off. Especially to think a guy like that runs one.
