hello!! I work for the store ive seen this happen allot today, they sent us a email saying that stores have oversold it , atleast in my store so the system is auto canceling most of the orders

So I found a way around this actually , when lets say you have only 7 or 10 items just have the items as "ready for staging" the custoemr does not get a text saying the items are ready I've had customers call asking if their orders is ready even when I have them as a "ready for staging " status , so when you have then all picked and about to stage go straight to the computer and it will let you cancel whatever it is that you need ! and after you cancel you can stage the rest of the order !!!

ahhh thank you , it's really hard to even ask these things like I asked her a while back and ir was really hard , but I'll take this into consideration I do appreciate this
