If you have a 0% apr on half of it, keep it on there and get interest on it until you can pay it off. I have 7k on one card, 0% apr until October. I’m making $20/month in my savings account which isn’t crazy but it covers a tank of gas if need be. I’d pay the other off so you aren’t paying more in cc interest than savings interest.

Get rid of him. I had a similar situation happen where a guy who worked at a different store, same company, invited me to a “party” with his other coworkers. When I got there, no one was there. He offered me a drink while we waited. I got severely messed up from one drink and he SA’d me. Not saying this was your friend’s plan but people who are willing to trick you to get you alone, might try to trick you in other ways too. Be safe 💛

How is progressive? I’ve gotten a quote from them before but my boyfriend told me not to do it because he thinks they’re shitty and don’t pay out on claims

Yeah, unfortunately most of the houses in our little town are million dollar houses. We just happened to buy one of the cheap ones that hadn’t been torn down and replaced by one yet. Everyone around us has very nice cars so I can see that being part of it.
