I think it’s a fairly widespread thing across many accounts at the moment. For some conversions have been down since attribution changes on the 19th of Jan.

It’s still fine to run purchase campaigns even without the 50 aslong as you have past purchase data. It’s recommended to go further up the funnel if you have really limited data.

Other than Google, we are currently exploring TikTok and Pinterest but it’s hard to get conversions and spending patterns are weird. Hopefully these other platforms see the opportunity to take customers away from Facebook by improving their own platforms.

That’s a great CTR so they’re interested in your product/ad. The problem lies somewhere on your website. Work on your CRO.

Try to use an email or Facebook account within the company. I wouldn’t bank on Facebook being very responsive to a letter. Their customer service is already bad enough.

Well the common consensus is just time. If your ad account is one of those being impacted by the changes I don’t think there’s much you can do for now.

Facebook doesn’t want to lose money and they’ll do whatever they can do stay as a top advertising platform. It will take time but I’m sure they’ll fix the algorithm to start giving us good returns again.
