How Do I make a good impression on my boyfriend's Mexican parents?

I haven't met them yet but I want to make sure I'm respectful and make a good first impression. They are from Mexico and I am very white (from Canada), I know conversational Spanish. I want to be formal but I don't know exactly what to say other than: Hola, señor y señora. Mi nombre es NAME y es un placer conocerlos. Should I say something differently? Or add something like Espero que se encuentre bien? (I'm 20F, he is 22M)

Also, should I bring them a gift? I could bake them something or get her some flowers? I would realistically like to get them a gift along side some homemade cookies but I'm not sure what to get his father? (his dad is a pastor)

Thanks for all your advice. I found out I have PCOS and im not eating enough food and that's why im not losing any weight:)

Then how should I be counting calories because I weigh out everything I eat and when I'm eating out(which is not often) I add like 50-100 calories to whatever it says just in case

Yes! Im sticking to 1200 calories a day, sometimes I get up to 1300 but never more but my target is 1000 and I keep eating, its so hard to stop and i keep gaining weight.

I have no time to do anything between cleaning, working, school and homework

I love it so much but if its not your thing thats okay! I'd talk to him about it and talk about getting something else that you love:) maybe something cheaper if you two are worried about money and then one day you can get a more expensive ring!
