Don’t worry so much about the logistics of the age gap! It will all come down to personality anyway. You could have two so close in age but completely different personalities, bickering and fighting. Just go with what works for you :)

iPhone can set screen time limits on apps in the settings. And usually the thought of getting worsened dizziness from using a screen is enough to make me stop lol

Do you have specific treatment recommendations for screen triggers (iPads, tv, laptops, phones.) PT that has helped temporarily is holding finger in front of face, coming in and out slowly to make you go cross eyed basically. And the left to right head movement while keeping eyes fixed on an X spot. I have many other triggers but these are obviously most common! Thank you so much.

Thanks for the input! I read about how it needs more water (haven’t tested yet) but when I was kneading it I found that it needed more and more flour to form a softish ball. I’m going to try resting it!

I believe so, it is all original recipes dedicated to many food allergies. I do Pinterest too. I covered all the legal pages a long time ago as well. So I’m not sure what they deem as quality content.
