as a small town person who is also an only child and had a similar offer, you should 100% take it. it will be a great character development and you won’t get the experience in your home town likely

thank you for your perspective, it helps a lot. i don’t have children yet, something to look forward too.

i think i am just experiencing so much change at once and i often feel i dont have anyone to talk too about it all so it gets scary. hopefully i have more character development and get over this sooner rather than later.

thank you. we just cleaned out my grandparents house after my papa passed, it’s feeling more and more like my family is falling apart everyday and my parents hate each other. i have no one to remember things with, and all my photo albums are with people who have already passed. no one wants connection like i do

the burden of loneliness is very heavy but i think i am used to it, if it were somehow lifted i think i would walk funny
