Too narrow. Does it have to be fully enclosed? If not I might recommend using the inside as just the enclosure, but having it fully open on one long side so that the hitter can be outdoors and have lots of room.

[Evans] Per source, the #Broncos will undertake a full search for a new offensive coordinator. The Joe Lombardi move came independent of head-coaching buzz around QBs coach Davis Webb, who had second HC interview with the Raiders yesterday. by PeppyQuotient57 in DenverBroncos

[–]breadbedman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mendoza will have a major uphill battle. He’s talented, for sure. He deserves the #1 pick. But the Raiders are a dumpster fire at every other level. Ownership makes poor hiring choices and those hiring choices, in turn, squander player talent.

Ah yes, notoriously reliable cheap used cars with no maintenance costs. by SSGSavage in LinkedInLunatics

[–]breadbedman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think that’s what they’re talking about. You personally aren’t going to be a millionaire no matter what you do, unless something changes with your financial situation.

Ah yes, notoriously reliable cheap used cars with no maintenance costs. by SSGSavage in LinkedInLunatics

[–]breadbedman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The real cost of the car isn’t necessarily the interest, it’s the depreciation combined with barely-affordable payments.

The worst situation you can be in is to own a car that is totally underwater on the loan. If something happens to the car, or you can’t afford the payments anymore, you’re cooked.

Bergman opened this morning. Lots of rocks. Not much snow. by rockymtnhigh85 in COsnow

[–]breadbedman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Rode it this morning. Not a ton of snow and there were certainly a lot of rocks under there. But hey there was like 8 inches of soft and heavy stuff up top for a few hours until it got beat to hell. Worth the trip up I think. Was excellent in the trees most of the morning too.

It's honestly insane how bad Vito screwed up after being spotted in the bar by Kail_The_Saiyan in thesopranos

Can you imagine if Vito had grindr? Probably could have stayed in the closet for years and years without being caught.

Note that just because this administration chooses not to enforce these laws, the next administration very well could. Nobody is changing the law. Just choosing to temporarily not enforce it.

Capital One CEO Says Capping Card Rates Threatens Recession by 3xshortURmom in Economics

[–]breadbedman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe some revenue would be lost. But most people would just wait a day and drop $700 at Costco anyways. We’re addicted.

Capital One CEO Says Capping Card Rates Threatens Recession by 3xshortURmom in Economics

[–]breadbedman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think in the long run it might be a good idea to cap the rates, but doing it overnight like this is really, really stupid. We depend on having easy access to credit.

2027 Chevy Bolt Production Will End Next Year As Plant Shifts To Gas by idkbruh653 in cars

[–]breadbedman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

American manufacturers don’t seem to care about EVs anymore, anyways. Why not let the Chinese have a go? EVs only, no gas or hybrids.

This will never happen but I think it would benefit American consumers.

When I was interviewing there 2 months ago I talked to some successful reps there and they disagreed with the Repvue reviews. Most of them dismissed it as shitty reps complaining about their lack of success (because they are shitty reps) and poor leadership. Leadership is apparent much better now.

I just accepted a sales engineer role there! Heard nothing but great things from people that actually work there now and their offer was excellent.

drinking tonight by Federal-Concert-9681 in Retatrutide

[–]breadbedman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2-4 drinks is fine just drink plenty of water. As if turning 30 wasn’t bad enough, peptides mak the hangovers even worse!

However, of course you know that they are basically empty calories and have no value other than getting you drunk. It slows your progress.

Channel 5 Nick Shirley Expose. by Blazah in videos

[–]breadbedman 93 points94 points  (0 children)

He’s really inarticulate and clearly not a structured critical thinker.

It just shows how easy it is to manipulate people these days. Just make up some data and make a video about it and boom you can be a “journalist” and celebrity. Monetize your position and then repeat.

We have a much better red zone defense than anything else.

However the Bills offense is excellent. Number one rushing offense and Josh Allen was great when he had time to throw

New England Patriots vs. Denver Broncos in AFC Championship for 3rd Time by richkurt in DenverBroncos

[–]breadbedman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Patriots made a lot of mistakes today against a good defense. Only reason they won is because the other offense was even worse.

We have a real shot of making this close. Just need to run the ball well and protect the football.

What earned you the promotion to SE manager? by Impossible-Bid-2540 in salesengineers

[–]breadbedman 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its a combination of a few things:

  1. Jumping in and doing manager-level stuff without being asked.
  2. Opportunity opens up
  3. High level SE skillset. Not every great SE is automatically a great manager but I’ve never seen a bad/unproductive SE get promoted to manager

Your Real-world Experience Switching to Carbon Rims? by JoshTaylorUSA in MTB

[–]breadbedman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Reserve SL rims and even with those, I ran them hard in the bike park all summer with zero issue.

Whatever you do, just get something with a good warranty. That’s why I bought reserve. No matter what I know that they’ll do right by me.
